We provide comprehensive, compassionate care for:
Pelvic Health
At Solstice, we provide personalized, hands-on pelvic health physical therapy for pelvic pain, incontinence, prolapse, pregnancy, postpartum recovery, and more. We look beyond the pelvic floor to assess the whole body, creating individualized treatment plans that relieve pain, restore function, and empower you to move with confidence.
Life Transitions
Evidence-based care to support you through pregnancy, postpartum recovery, menopause, surgeries, and every stage in between. Our whole-body approach helps you build strength, reduce discomfort, and move with confidence so you can feel your best through every season of life.
Female Athletes
We provide specialized care for athletes of all ages and levels, addressing the unique demands of training, movement, and performance. Our individualized, whole-body approach helps you build strength, improve resilience, and recover effectively so you can continue doing what you love at your best.

Meet Dr. Brooke
Opening this practice has been a dream of mine for years. I envisioned a space where women feel heard, supported, and empowered; a place where appointments aren't rushed, care is personalized, and every treatment plan is designed around the individual, not a schedule or insurance requirements.
My passion is helping women confidently navigate every stage of life. Whether you're preparing for pregnancy, recovering after birth, managing pelvic pain, dealing with bladder or bowel concerns, experiencing prolapse, building stronger bones, navigating menopause, or simply wanting to move and feel your best, my goal is to provide evidence-based care that helps you regain confidence in your body.
I believe education is just as important as treatment. Understanding why your body is doing what it's doing can be incredibly empowering, and I love partnering with my patients to help them feel stronger, more informed, and in control of their health. Every woman deserves to feel comfortable asking questions, understood without judgment, and confident in her path forward.
When I'm not in the clinic, you'll usually find me spending time with my spouse, our two kids, and our dogs. I enjoy running, weightlifting, reading just about any book I can get my hands on, and dancing to all kinds of music. Most importantly, I love to laugh, so if you hear a good joke, be sure to share it with me!
“Working with Brooke changed the game for me. She took the time to understand the issue and my lifestyle holistically. I felt heard, understood, and supported. I recommend her to all my friends.”

Frequently Asked Questions
-
No, a referral is not required to begin physical therapy in Michigan. As an out-of-network provider, Solstice can work with you directly without a physician referral. Some insurance plans may have specific requirements for reimbursement, so we recommend checking with your insurance provider regarding coverage for out-of-network physical therapy services. If you have further questions, please reach out.
-
Solstice is an out-of-network physical therapy provider, meaning we do not bill insurance directly. We believe this allows us to provide more individualized care without the limitations of insurance restrictions. We can provide a superbill that you may submit to your insurance company for potential out-of-network reimbursement. Coverage varies by plan, so we recommend contacting your insurance provider to understand your benefits.

No worries! We understand that life with little ones can be unpredictable. If childcare isn’t available, you are welcome to bring your children with you to your appointment. We’ll work together to make your visit as comfortable and productive as possible while supporting your health journey.
-
Your first visit is focused on understanding your unique needs, goals, and concerns. We’ll take time to discuss your history, complete a comprehensive assessment, and work together to create a personalized plan that fits your lifestyle. For pelvic health visits, an internal pelvic exam may or may not be part of your evaluation. Many treatment approaches do not require one. If an internal exam is recommended, we will explain the purpose, discuss your options, answer any questions, and only proceed with your full consent. Your comfort and choice are always the priority.
-
Absolutely! We welcome your partner to be involved in your care in whatever way feels supportive to you. We believe having a trusted support person involved can be a valuable part of your healing and wellness journey.
-
Wear whatever you feel comfortable and able to move in. Since your appointment may include mobility and strength assessments, we recommend clothing that allows you to move freely and helps you feel prepared for your session.
